File Manager for Renault Android Automotive
Renault's OpenR Link infotainment system is built on Android Automotive OS — the full embedded Android platform, not phone mirroring. This means you can install Android apps directly from the in-car Play Store, including AnExplorer.
AnExplorer gives Renault drivers a car-optimised file manager: browse USB drives and dashcam footage, stream from a NAS, transfer files from your phone wirelessly, and access cloud storage — all from the vehicle's touchscreen.

Install AnExplorer on Renault OpenR Link
- In your Renault, open the Play Store from the infotainment home screen
- Search for AnExplorer
- Tap Install — completes in 1–2 minutes over WiFi or mobile data

If the Play Store isn't available yet, use APK sideloading:

Browse USB Storage in Your Renault

- Browse music, video, documents, or dashcam clips
Transfer Files from Phone to Renault
Move music, podcasts, or maps wirelessly — no USB cable needed:

- Select your files
- On the Renault infotainment, open AnExplorer → Network → WiFi Receive
- Accept the transfer
