Cloud Storage on Android with AnExplorer

AnExplorer integrates with major cloud storage providers directly in the sidebar — no app switching, no separate upload client. Browse, upload, download, and move files between clouds in one app.

Native Cloud Integrations

These cloud services connect with a single sign-in inside AnExplorer:

  • Dropbox — 2 GB free; OAuth sign-in
  • OneDrive — 5 GB free; Microsoft 365 Business supported
  • Box — 10 GB free; enterprise HIPAA/SOC2 compliant
  • pCloud — 10 GB free; Swiss-based, lifetime plan available
  • Yandex Disk — 10 GB free; WebDAV also supported

Coming Soon

  • Google Drive — 15 GB free; native integration upcoming; workarounds available now

Via WebDAV

These services connect through AnExplorer's WebDAV client:

  • Nextcloud — self-hosted cloud; WebDAV at /remote.php/dav/files/USERNAME/
  • ownCloud — self-hosted; WebDAV at /remote.php/webdav/
  • Koofr — EU cloud; aggregates Dropbox/Google Drive/OneDrive via WebDAV
  • pCloud via WebDAV — alternative connection at webdav.pcloud.com

Unsupported (No API or WebDAV)

  • iCloud — Apple does not provide Android API access; workarounds only
  • MEGA — proprietary protocol; use MEGA app or MEGAcmd WebDAV server
  • Sync.com — zero-knowledge encryption prevents WebDAV; use their own app

Cross-Cloud Workflows

AnExplorer can have multiple clouds open at the same time. Common workflows:

  • Move files from Dropbox → NAS via SMB in one copy-paste operation
  • Back up phone DCIM to pCloud and OneDrive simultaneously
  • Download from SFTP server → upload to Box for enterprise sharing
