Troubleshooting
Login fails with 2FA enabled:
- Go to passport.yandex.com → Security → App passwords
- Create an app password for AnExplorer, or use the WebDAV connection method with the app password
Files appear but download fails:
- Check storage space on your phone — long files such as videos may need space before full download
- Try using the WebDAV connection as an alternative if the native integration has an issue
