Viewing Features

Pinch-to-Zoom & Pan

Smooth continuous zoom up to 10× with hardware-accelerated rendering. Double-tap toggles between fit-to-screen and 100% native resolution.

Swipe Navigation

Swipe left/right to move through images in the current folder. AnExplorer pre-loads adjacent images for instant transitions — no loading spinner between shots.

Slideshow Mode

Tap Slideshow to auto-advance through the folder at 2–30 second intervals. A full-screen gallery of a holiday folder without manually swiping.

EXIF Metadata

Tap the Info icon to see:

  • Camera model and lens
  • Focal length, aperture (f-stop), ISO, shutter speed
  • GPS coordinates (tap to open in maps)
  • Date and time taken
  • Image dimensions and file size

Rotate & Basic Edit

Rotate 90°/180°. Crop to selection. Edits are saved as a new file, preserving the original.

Share & Copy

Share the visible photo directly to any app from the viewer toolbar. Copy to another folder without closing the viewer.

Switch any folder from list to grid thumbnail view. Thumbnails are generated and cached on first view for instant re-opening. Supports folders with thousands of images.
